Regular Clean
Whatever your ideas are of enjoyment, we’re pretty sure cleaning isn’t at the top of your list! The Lavender White Regular Clean (which can be undertaken as a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off service) would free up some valuable time to do the things that you actually enjoy.

Typically, a visit would include:
All Rooms:
- general dusting throughout
- dusting skirting boards, door frames, window sills and woodwork
- dusting curtain rails, radiators, shelves and pictures
- removing any cobwebs
- dusting furniture and accessories
- cleaning mirrors
- dusting light fittings, lamps and switches
- vacuuming/washing carpets/floors
- emptying bins
Living Areas:
- vacuuming upholstered furniture (tops of seat cushions)
- clean fireplace and hearth
Kitchen/Utility:
- washing and polishing surface worktops
- spot cleaning unit fronts (finger marks, spillages)
- cleaning sink thoroughly and polish fittings
- de-greasing, cleaning and polishing tiled areas
- cleaning appliances (exterior)
- cleaning cooker (hob and front)
- cleaning extractor (wipe down exterior)
- washing inside microwave
- cleaning polishing chrome fixtures and fittings
- washing floors
Bathroom/WC:
- cleaning suites including bath, shower and sink
- washing shower tray thoroughly
- cleaning and de-scaling shower screen
- wiping down tiled surfaces
- cleaning mirrors
- cleaning and sanitizing toilet inside and out (including seat and pedestal)
- cleaning and shining chrome fittings
- washing floors
Bedrooms:
- spot clean wardrobe doors and handles
- vacuuming underneath beds*
- vacuuming or dusting headboards

Spring Clean
Of course, we all intend to throw open our windows, grab the vacuum and sweep through our homes like a whirlwind….but somehow, we never seem to have the time. Allow Lavender White to do this for you with our Spring Clean, (available of course, at any time of the year!!)

While our Regular Clean keeps your home beautifully clean and fresh, every home needs a deeper, ‘big clean’ once in a while. Our Spring Clean covers everything included in our Regular Clean, but with lots of extras thrown in:
All Rooms:
- washing skirting boards, door surrounds and window sills
- washing curtain rails and radiators
- vacuuming lampshades
- cleaning and shining chrome fittings
- move heavier furniture where possible and vacuum/wash underneath*
Living Areas:
- vacuuming upholstered furniture – underneath seat cushions
Kitchen/Utility:
- washing thoroughly cabinet fronts and handles
- washing and de-greasing tops of wall units
- cleaning plinths
- cleaning inside white goods (fridge, washing machine)
- washing inside kitchen units (removing contents)
- cleaning and de-greasing inside oven (general)
Bathroom/WC:
- scrubbing shower tray and tiles area within shower cubicle
Bedrooms:
- cleaning tops of wardrobes
Hall/Stairs:
- dusting stair spindles
One-Off Clean
We all have such busy, hectic lives. Trying to juggle family, careers and other responsibilities can leave little time for those nagging household jobs. We can offer our Regular Cleaning service, or our Spring Clean for something a little more in-depth, as a One-Off Cleaning option.

There are many reasons why the One-Off Clean may be the perfect solution for you:
- perhaps you feel your home is a little tired and you want to whip it into shape
- perhaps you’d like your home to sparkle for the Christmas period, or would like help getting it back to normal once the decorations come down
- you may have family or friends coming to stay, or would like a clean up after they leave
- maybe you simply don’t want to commit to a regular clean

- are you throwing a party? Let us take away the stress of cleaning before your guests arrive (or after they’ve gone!)
- if your ‘to-do’ list is increasing and the cleaning chores just never seem to get crossed off!
- maybe you or a loved one has suffered an injury or illness
- perhaps you’re preparing for a special occasion or a new arrival in your home
- as a gift for someone
- you want to make time to spend on the things you actually enjoy
- you’d simply prefer us to do the cleaning!
Getting Down to the Fine Dust…
Our charges would normally be around £10-£13 per hour but the final price is based on several factors. Our prices are worked out during a short, friendly, very informal (no obligation) visit to your home. During the visit, we will take a peek at the rooms that you wish us to clean and have a chat with you, about the areas you would like us to cover. Our aim is to find out what your needs and expectations are, so that we can offer the best and most efficient service to you. For pricing, we take into consideration many factors: the cleaning services you require, the size of your home, whether you have pets or have a particularly hectic household. We will then contact you either the same day or the following day, with our proposed price.
Our flexibilty is unique…
You may not require, or want, all of the services mentioned; or you may want a Regular Clean during some months of the year but not others. The options are endless and Lavender White strive to be as flexible as possible, to meet your changing needs. The bottom line is ‘just ask’ – if we can, we will!!!

We always supply our own cleaning equipment and materials, meaning there’s no more need for you to have cupboards filled with cleaning solutions!!
* We will endeavour to move and clean underneath furniture, however this may not always be possible due to the size, weight or position.
